Ratnesh is a globally accomplished business leader recognised for consistently creating exceptional stakeholder value. He has built and led successful teams in India, Japan, Hong Kong and most recently Dubai. Ratnesh has returned to drive Indian growth by creating sustainable value, building global brands, and mentoring future leaders. Prior to founding Pidge, he was the President and Managing Director (International) for Whitbread Ltd. (LON: WTB). He held several leadership positions with Hyatt Hotels (NYSE: H) including as Head of Development for Asia Pacific and SW Asia. As a committed learner, he holds multiple professional degrees and recently completed Corporate Innovation Program (LEAD) from GSB at Stanford University (USA).
Sagar is an experienced technology leader and an equally excited learner. He has a demonstrated history of working in the consumer services industry with extensive experience of creating industry-leading solutions. Before Pidge, Sagar had co-founded BinBill and developed and launched multiple mobile products with the company. He started his career with Samsung and launched flagship products for PayU India. Sagar graduated as a Computer Science Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology - Indian School of Mines.
Rushil is committed to building brand led businesses. He has an outstanding academic career having completed his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University (USA) with a double major in Economics and Political Science. He also pursued year-long advanced courses from the London School of Economics. After gaining extensive experience in brand strategy and data analytics both in the USA and India, he graduated from his Master of Science program top of class and as the Euro RSCG and sole Don Schulz Scholarship recipient from the world’s leading Integrated Marketing program at Medill (Northwestern University, USA).
Tushin is a strategic professional having rich experience in operations. He, during his tenure at Shuttl, had launched and managed employee transportation services for 28 niche B2B Clients like GMR Delhi, Fidelity International, Suzuki Motorcycle, etc with around 4000 seats deployed each day. With customer centricity always in mind, during this period he was also the Relationship Manager for the Enterprise Business. Previously, right after graduation, he co-founded a B2B renewable Asset Management company currently having a portfolio of 150 MW and serving clients like Amplus Solar, Asian Paints, TATA Power, AMP solar, etc.
Gaurav is a seasoned marketer, having experienced the marketing world from both the agency and the brand side. During this time he has led strategy and creative communication mandates for established brands like GSK & Microsoft among others & also worked on building early stage start-up brands. His experience has made him a holistic marketer, where he views effective marketing a combination of digital & mainline channels. A firm believer of building strong brands that delight consumers, Gaurav is excited about the possibilities of data backed creativity that can deliver business growth. Prior to starting his journey as a marketer, Gaurav pursued his MBA from ESADE Business School, Barcelona, Spain (A Top 20 B-school).
