What is Pidge?
Pidge is an on-demand, secure, delivery and courier service. Through the app, you can send or receive packages anywhere in the Delhi-NCR area. Pidge is a unique service that combines speed and convenience with safety and security. So simply download the app and place an order.
Who all can use the service?
Everyone! There is no minimum order and no minimum distance. If you need something delivered, just download the App.
Where is the service currently available?
Pidge currently operates in all of Delhi-NCR including Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad.
What items are prohibited?
Please refer to our restricted items list in our Terms & Conditions.
Can only people living in Delhi-NCR use Pidge?
Pidge currently only services pick up and delivery locations in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. However, you can place the order itself from anywhere in the world.
What are the Operational Hours?
Pidge orders can be placed between 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week, including holidays.

Can I book multiple orders at once?
You can place simultaneous orders within the app itself. If you have further questions, please contact customer support at 9821088236.
What tasks can be performed through Pidge?
Pidge is the preferred secure delivery service. Our focus remains on transporting things on demand, on-time, and securely.
Why should I trust Pidge to deliver my packages?
Pidge has a proprietary security and order tracking process. We have highly-trained, extensively verified, and on-roll drivers – this ensures that there is a constant tracking of every delivery, at all times. Our app provides door-to-door tracking so that you always know where your package is. Our tamper proof bags and OTP verification system guarantees that no one except the intended sender and recipient knows what’s inside – not even the Pidge Executive; ensuring the highest levels of privacy. Our industry-leading carry box design protects against natural elements and secures even fragile items.
What if I want to book two orders at once?
You can place multiple concurrent tasks in the app. There is no limit.
Do I need to place a minimum number of orders per month?
There is no minimum number of orders or distance required to use Pidge. You can use Pidge on demand and at your convenience.
Can I pick up from a store or restaurant?
Pidge can pick up prepaid orders from any restaurant and store. At the moment Pidge does not provide the ability to place orders directly with a store or restaurant.
Can I send multiple documents/parcels in single order?
If the documents and packages are going to the same location, they can be placed together within one tamper proof bag and will count as one package. You will soon be able to pick up from one location and deliver to multiple locations.
Is Pidge available on holidays and Sundays?
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 7am to 11pm. Including holidays and weekends.
I am facing a technical issue. What should I do?
Please email us at support@pidge.in. A customer support representative will call you back for further details and solution.
Do you provide a different rate for corporate orders?
If you’re interested in partnering with Pidge, please fill out the details on the Partner page or contact us at info@pidge.in and our representative will follow up with additional details and special rates – we do not require a minimum order or commitment.
I have placed multiple orders. Some of the orders are not ready, can I ask the delivery person to revisit?
If your orders will be ready for pick up at a later time, you can place a scheduled order and change it later. Our drivers can wait up to 15 minutes otherwise your order may be subject to waiting and cancellation charges in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
